SALES RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (MEGA FINANCE) - TANGERANG

• Conducting sales activities including fostering relationships with potential customers to increase RO customer retention • Planning visits and offers to RO Customers to increase the number of prospective debtors. • Coordinate with Marketing Head and other parties in the implementation of daily activities, as well as make daily activity reports related to visits and data interest. Persyaratan Pekerjaan General Qualifications: • Education: Minimum high school (preferably Marketing and Relationship interest). • Lack of experience available • Preferably Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or agency, especially in the multifinance or banking industry. • Age: 18–35 years old. Skills & Competencies : • Sales Ability: Proven to be able to achieve sales targets, especially in financing products (multipurpose car BPKB guarantees). • Communication: Strong communication skills to build relationships with agents and consumers. • Negotiation: Able to conduct profitable negotiations to strengthen collaboration with agents. • Time Management: Skillfully manage time and activities to maximize productivity. • Data Analysis: Able to read and analyze sales data to make strategic decisions. Traits & Attitudes : • Proactive & Initiative: Not waiting for orders, but actively looking for solutions and opportunities. • Leadership: Having a leadership spirit to motivate agents to achieve targets. • Pressure Resistant: Ready to work with high targets and under pressure. Additional Requirements: • Have a personal vehicle (motorcycle/car) and driver's license. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations. • Having a wide network in the field of sales or multifinance is an added value. Preferred D3 or Equivalent Mandatory Male Primacy
