: Tele Marketing SPV (Spare parts products)

• Supervising the operational activities of the telesales team and ensuring target achievements. • Assisting the Head of Sales in preparing reports and lists required by management • Ensuring dicipline, productivity. and enhancing the quality of the telesales team. • Make inquiry to Merchandiser team for product requests currently not available • Handling escalation from the telesales team for unresolved issues. • Planning telesales team activities, distributing lead proportionally, including participating in join calls to support the team. • Providing coaching, training and evaluations the team members. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure all internal telesales activities are properly planned and managed. Requirements: • Pendidikan Minimal D3 Segala Jurusan, Manajemen/Pemasaran lebih disukai • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai telemarketing/sales/account executive • Memiliki pengalaman kerja dalam menjual produk otomotif / spare part sepeti Ban. Oli, Kampas Rem, dll
