Job Description: - Expand new customers and dealers; maintain strong relationships with the team and partners. - Enhance in-store image and presence of Huawei’s multiple product lines. - Responsible for achieving monthly Sell-through and Sell-out targets. - Manage gift allocation and distribution for marketing activities. - Collaborate with trainers to ensure smooth promoter performance. - Conduct monthly job assessments aligned with regional and national strategies. Requirements: - Good communication and negotiation skills; highly target-oriented. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail gadget sales (smartphone/related industry); background in competitor companies is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in market and data analysis. Familiar with office software. Experience in leading a team. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
