Tanggung Jawab : 1. Betanggungjawab perhitungan Payroll (secara manual "excel") 2. Mahir Excel (VLOOKUP dan HLOOKUP) 3. Mengelola proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan 4. Menyusun dan mengembangkan sistem HR (absensi, penilaian kerja, pelatihan, dll) 5. Menangani administrasi karyawan (kontrak, mutasi, penggajian, dll) 6. Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh departemen 7. Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan & praktik HR di Indonesia 8. Komunikatif, teliti, jujur dan bertanggung jawab 9. Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu 10. Mampu bekerja tepat waktu atau sesuai deadline
