Job Description - Bertanggung jawab atas pemantauan mesin ATM, CRM dan CS Digital sesuai prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku. - Bertanggung jawab membantu penyelesaian problem ATM yang dialami pengelola ATM. - Bertanggung jawab membantu proses aktivasi dan deaktivasi mesin ATM. - Bertanggung jawab atas kesesuaian data di aplikasi monitoring ATM. - Bertanggung jawab atas kesesuaian penginputan data dan Follow up (FU) keluhan ATM yang masuk ke monitoring ATM dari berbagai media seperti Email, WA Peduli ATM dan telepon. - Bertanggung jawab atas pengolahan data untuk kegiatan monitoring dan reporting.
