Qualification - Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related field. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - High initiative and responsibility in managing existing stores, including troubleshooting and lease renewals. - Resilient and reliable individual, committed to achieving company goals. - Proficient in spreadsheet tools and presentation software. Job Description = Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent store operations, including resolving issues such as leaks, electrical outages, or visibility obstructions. - Lead lease renewal negotiations for existing stores in alignment with the company’s budget. - Proactively communicate and coordinate with landlords to prevent or resolve issues that may negatively impact the stores. - Maintain accurate and organized administration for stores undergoing relocation or renovation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to support company needs. - Communicate effectively with the operations team to identify problems and deliver appropriate solutions.
