Vice Regional Business Head Electronic Industry (Makassar)

We are seeking a target-driven and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Vice Regional Business Head (Vice RBH). In this role, you will oversee regional operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure business excellence in the smartphone industry. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee regional operations including target sell-out/value, sell-through, strategic planning, HR, branding, data analysis, sales programs, and stock management. - Maintain direct communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic advice and solutions. - Collaborate with dealers and partners to ensure positive sales and business outcomes. - Proactively resolve internal and external issues in the region. - Support various divisions within the company to drive business growth in the region. Requirements: - Target-driven and results-oriented mindset. - Proven experience as an area or regional Sales Supervisor/Manager in the smartphone/electronic industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Proficient in market, data, and competitor analysis, as well as office software. - Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening) is essential. - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required.
