Identify, approach, and onboard General Trade outlets (warungs, toko kosmetik, mini-markets) and distributors in assigned territories Pitch the value proposition of the Company platform and the brands available to sell Ensure smooth onboarding: registration, catalog activation, pricing education, and first order completion Build strong relationships with store owners and distributor reps to ensure engagement and retention Work closely with category and brand teams to match the right products with the right retailers Track daily activities, performance metrics, and report progress regularly Provide market insights from the field to help shape product and brand strategies Persyaratan Pekerjaan 1–4 years of experience in field sales, GT onboarding, FMCG distribution, or agent acquisition Strong understanding of GT operations and Indonesia’s retail landscape Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Hustler mindset – proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-moving environment Comfortable using digital tools (apps, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.) for tracking and reporting Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
