Melakukan perawatan maupun perbaikan dan perawatan terhadap gedung beserta peralatannya seperti AC, panel listrik, genset, travo, sipil, plumbing, dll. Kualifikasi: - Minimal Pendidikan STM/SMK, D3 Sederajat Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Mekanikal Elektrikal, Listrik, Tata Udara, dsb. - Pengalaman menjadi Teknisi Gedung atau Teknisi AC minimal 1 tahun. - Paham mekanikal di AC (diutamakan) dan elektrikal gedung, dari preventif dan korektif. - Memahami fungsi utility gedung bertingkat seperti : AC , mekanikal, elektrikal, MVAC, HVAC, LVMDP, Travo, Genset, Plumbing, & STP. - Mampu bekerja dalam tim. - Disiplin, Komunikatif, bertanggung jawab dan semangat dalam bekerja. - Free, sedang tidak bekerja - Sehat Jasmani
