About the role As an Assistant Manager in the F&B Industry, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality establishment in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, catering to the diverse needs of our valued customers. What you'll be doing Assisting the General Manager in managing and leading the front-of-house and back-of-house teams Ensuring exceptional customer service by training, supervising and motivating staff Overseeing inventory management, cost control and financial reporting Implementing effective operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and regulatory standards Providing support and guidance to team members to help them achieve their professional goals What we're looking for Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in inventory management, cost control and financial reporting Working knowledge of relevant health, safety and regulatory standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willing to be located in Kelapa Gading/Puri/Gading Serpong/Alam Sutera About us PT Harsa Gita Internasional is a leading hospitality and tourism company with a strong presence in Jakarta.
