1. Melakukan proses rekrutmen agen, visit, dan maintain mediator (agen) / pihak ke 3 untuk menghasilkan database prospek debitur atau calon debitur 2. Melakukan follow up agar database debitur atau calon debitur siap disurvei 3. Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target. Kualifikasi: 1. Pendidikan minimal D3, namun terbuka bagi lulusan SMA/SMK/Sederajat yang berpengalaman sebagai sales 2. Usia maksimal 35 3. Mempunyai SIM C dan motor pribadi 4. Sanggup bekerja mobile di lapangan 5. Telah melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal dosis kedua
