- Memelihara catatan personel fisik dan digital seperti kontrak kerja dan permintaan PTO - Memperbarui basis data internal dengan informasi perekrutan baru - Membuat dan mendistribusikan pedoman dan dokumen FAQ tentang kebijakan perusahaan - Mengumpulkan data penggajian seperti rekening bank dan hari kerja - Mempublikasikan dan menghapus iklan pekerjaan - Menjadwalkan wawancara kerja dan hubungi kandidat sesuai kebutuhan - Menyiapkan laporan dan presentasi tentang metrik terkait SDM seperti jumlah total karyawan berdasarkan departemen - Menanggapi pertanyaan karyawan tentang tunjangan (misalnya, jumlah hari liburan yang berhak mereka dapatkan
