Tugas Tanggung Jawab: - Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan melalui sosial media. - Memberikan informasi produk dan layanan perusahaan kepada pelanggan. - Memberikan jawaban yang baik sehingga meningkatkan minat beli terhadap produk. - Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Persyaratan: - Usia 20-30 Tahun. - Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 di bidang komunikasi, pemasaran, atau yang terkait. - Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang customer service sosial media. - Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja dalam tim. - Aktif di sosial media dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang platform sosial media terkini. - Tidak sedang kuliah / cuti kuliah. - Lokasi penempatan : Yogyakarta
