1. Digital Growth Strategy: Design and execute omnichannel digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Optimize paid media strategies, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing for maximum ROAS. 2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a digital marketing team (content creators, PPC specialists, SEO analysts) to meet KPIs like CTR, CAC, and conversion rates. Foster a culture of experimentation with emerging platforms (e.g., AI-driven ad tools, influencer marketing). 3. Data-Driven Market Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mixpanel to identify trends, customer segments, and untapped digital opportunities. Analyze competitor digital strategies (SEO, social media, email campaigns) to refine your approach. 4. Performance Marketing: Track and report on KPIs: ROAS, LTV, funnel drop-off rates, and campaign ROI. Use data to iterate campaigns in real time (e.g., reallocating budgets from underperforming ad sets). 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to align campaigns with user journeys (e.g., landing page optimization, in-app messaging). Work with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless digital experiences across web and mobile. 6. Budget & Tool Optimization: Manage digital ad spend across platforms, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Zapier) to streamline workflows. Must-Have: 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth hacking (IT industry or edutech will be a plus). Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably (case studies showing improved ROAS, reduced CAC, or viral growth). Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media algorithms. Fluency in analyzing metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, and attribution models (last-click, multi-touch). Leadership experience with remote or hybrid teams. Fluent in English (written/spoken). Nice-to-Have: Certifications: Google Analytics or Digital Marketing
