ADMIN PAYROLL

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang payroll atau administrasi HR. Menguasai sistem payroll (manual atau software seperti SAP, Talenta, Sleekr, dsb). Memahami peraturan perpajakan terkait PPh 21 dan ketenagakerjaan (BPJS, THR, lembur, dll). Teliti, detail, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
