Lulusan Sarjana Pendidikan. Jurusan pendidikan usia dini lebih diutamakan. 2. Fresh Graduate preferable 3. Punya pengalaman memegang ABK (preferable) 4. Perempuan/Laki-laki 5. Usia 21 - 27 tahun 6. Memiliki kendaraan lebih baik/mudah untuk mobilisasi apabila tidak punya 7. Tepat waktu 8. Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara aktif (preferable)
