Sales Acquisition

Job Desk - Identify and acquire new resellers and modern trade partners to expand the company's distribution network - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. - Negotiate and finalize contracts with new partners to secure long-term collaborations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and modern trade clients to ensure ongoing business growth. - Provide support and guidance to partners to help them optimize sales performance. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous partner engagement. - Track and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities. - Prepare regular reports on acquisition progress, partner performance, and market trends. - Ensure all partners comply with company policies and sales agreements. Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner acquisition (preferably in reseller and modern trade sectors). - Proven track record in acquiring and managing reseller networks and modern trade accounts. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and proactively drive results. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and expand the business. - Have a motorcycle and SIM C
