– Membalas pesan pelanggan secara cepat dan efisien melalui berbagai platform komunikasi (chat) yang digunakan – Membantu Chat Seller dalam memberikan respon yang jelas, informatif, dan profesional kepada pelanggan untuk menyelesaikan pertanyaan atau permasalahan mereka. – Menangani 200 hingga 300 pesan chat per hari, memastikan bahwa setiap pesan mendapat balasan yang tepat dan sesuai dengan standar kualitas layanan.
