English CS E-Commerce (Live Chat)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service - Night Shift (4 PM - 1 AM) position at Concentrix in Surakarta. The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through Live Chat. Requirements: - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder. - Have Customer Service Experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good proficiency in English is a MUST. - Ability to work shifting days. - Willing to work onsite on our Surakarta Office.
