1. Menjual dan menawarkan kartu perdana smartfren di Outlet. 2. Jika outlet sepi bersedia melakukan mobile selling / ke lapangan menawarkan kartu *Mobile selling misalkan ke pasar, car free day, rumah rumah warga, dll 3. Ada target harian min. 15 kartu per harinya 4. 6hari kerja dan 1 hari libur dalam seminggu (Tidak boleh libur di Sabtu/Minggu) 5. Gaji 2.8 jt belum termasuk insentif. Gaji tidak berpengaruh ke target, kecuali alpha ada Potongan 6. Insentif penjualan up to 5jt, tergantung penjualan
