Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) or Nuse Practitioners (NP)

Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing The Winn Army Community Hospital with Family Medicine Physican Assistants or Nurse Practitioners. The PAs or NPs is expected to do the following:  

•  Duty hours will consist of rotating 12-hour inpatient shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and federal holidays. 
•  The position involves both inpatient Hospitalist care and outpatient services. Outpatient clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. 

•  Degree/Education: Graduate from an  academic program from a Physician Assistant program accredited by the  Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant  (ARC-PA) and possess and maintain certifications through the National  Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)  
•  Certified in the specialty required as a Physician Assistant by the National  Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). 
• In addition to BLS, all  healthcare providers will be certified in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced  life support through the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association. 
• BLS,  ACLS, PALS shall be renewed no later than every two years and is the responsibility of  the contractor at no cost to the government. Certification cards must display the  American Heart Association, the American Red Cross or other approved certifying body  emblem.  
•  Physician Assistants must be certified by NCCPA 
•  licensure shall have and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license specific to the  position (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) in one of the 50 US  States and/or territories
