Epidemiologist

 Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing The WARP Project, aimed to aid and help with veteran mental health, with an Epidemiologist. The Epidemiologist is expected to do the following: 

• Design and implement epidemiological studies to investigate health issues. 
• Collect, analyze, and interpret health data using statistical methods. 
• Monitor and report on disease outbreaks and health trends. 
• Develop and recommend public health policies and intervention strategies. 
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the public. 
• Prepare scientific reports and present findings to stakeholders. 
• Stay updated on advancements in epidemiological research and methods. 

• Master's degree in epidemiology, public health, or a related field. 
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DrPH) preferred. 
• Experience in designing and conducting epidemiological research. 
• Familiarity with public health systems and policies.
