Your Role Inspires Creativity & Connection Through Music: As part of our team, you'll:

• Design engaging music lessons that are competency-driven while aligning with curriculum guidelines.

• Inspire students through hands-on learning opportunities that fuel creativity and critical thinking.

• Teach foundational musical concepts like theory alongside practical skills tailored for diverse age groups.

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varied interests, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds within your classroom.

What You Bring To The Table: We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds relevant secondary teaching qualifications (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent credentials recognized under German law), OR possesses a master’s degree specializing in music education/musicology/musical studies.

• Demonstrates deep expertise combined with passion for delivering dynamic lessons that captivate learners emotionally & intellectually.

• Is eager to contribute fresh ideas toward developing progressive educational models alongside colleagues who share your enthusiasm!

• Has fluency in German (B2/C1 level) along with native-like proficiency in English communication skills—essential traits given our bilingual environment!

• Embodies core pedagogical principles centered around supporting holistic student growth inside AND outside classrooms!
