Parc Provence is seeking a dedicated and skilled Director of Nursing (DON) to guide our nursing department in delivering exceptional memory care. This position is vital for guaranteeing residents receive personalized, superior care while nurturing a nurturing atmosphere for staff and families.

Primary Duties:

• Lead and oversee all nursing personnel, including RCS, CMT, LPN, RN, and other supportive roles

• Monitor and assess resident care services to ensure compliance with nursing standards and practices

• Address issues raised by residents or their families while promoting a cooperative care environment

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements through regular assessments and quality control measures

• Engage in the financial management of the department with an emphasis on cost efficiency and budget compliance

• Work closely with the leadership team to enhance caregiving processes and resident satisfaction

• Handle urgent nursing situations as necessary, including during off-hours

• Maintain an orderly work setting ensuring equipment is safe and operational

• Be available for weekends, holidays, or additional shifts as required for full coverage

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri

• 3–5 years' experience managing teams within long-term or healthcare settings

• Excellent communication capabilities along with strong leadership qualities
