From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, you’ll be creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk duties.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and staff warmly, fostering a professional and kind environment

  • Schedule appointments and keep patient info up to date

  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls properly

  • Help with check-in, check-out, and administrative support tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards

  • Collaborate with team members to support a smooth operation

✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Administrative experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with computers and the willingness to learn new systems

  • A professional, dependable, and compassionate approach

  • Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record
