Flexibility to Choose Your Shift!We are hiring for 2nd, 3rd and WEEKEND ONLY shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00p-12:00a, $15.00/hour w/full benefits
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00a-8:00a, $15.00/hour w/full benefits
  • WEEKEND ONLY (Sat & Sun):  8:00a-8:00p, $17.00/hour, pro-rated benefits

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

Light Housekeeping – Help maintain a clean and safe environment
Meal Assistance – Support residents in preparing meals/snacks for proper nutrition
Daily Living Support – Encourage independence in tasks like dishwashing and laundry
Serve Evening Meals – Following menus designed by a registered dietitian
Medication Delivery – Dispense medications under professional RN training
Resident Interaction – Engage and monitor well-being through conversation and activities

What You Need to Join Us:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Ohio Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must have a clean driving record (≤4 points)
Ability to Meet Credentialing Standards – Background checks required

North Central Mental Health Services, Inc. is a broad-based community mental health and substance use, addiction and recovery provider serving residents within Franklin County, Ohio.

North Central serves all age groups to provide treatment for children, adults, couples and families.  We provide assistance to deal with life problems and pressures in positive, constructive ways.  Our outpatient programs provide counseling and therapy to help deal with situational issues as well as therapy for those struggling with long-term, intense mental disabilities. 

North Central’s substance use disorder, addiction and recovery services provide the support, treatment and encouragement needed to help individuals move toward recovery and independence.  Our residential program assists individuals suffering from mental illness who are currently unable to live unassisted but strive to become independent and self-supporting.

In addition to direct treatment and residential programs, North Central emphasizes the importance of education and prevention services, including Suicide Prevention Services, for schools, civic organizations, faith-based institutions and private businesses.

North Central operates the largest 988 Suicide & Crisis Call Center in Ohio.
