Key Responsibilities: • Manage the property within budgetary constraints • Provide recommendations for boosting income while reducing costs • Ensure occupancy rates meet or exceed market standards based on guidelines • Lead all onsite staff ensuring a positive working environment • Process all invoices promptly ensuring timely payment • Handle posting duties while managing overdue rental income effectively • Maximize tenant renewal rates wherever possible

Required Knowledge & Skills: • Valid driver’s license along with dependable transport • At least three years’ experience managing multi-family rental properties

Compensation & Benefits Offered:

• Competitive salary up-to $55K annually!
