IMMEDIATE HIRE –  SEASONAL LANDSCAPER - $20/HR

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49512.      

Schedule:7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday - Friday. Dayshift hours.      

BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES      

• General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions      

• May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy

• Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor

• Operating equipment such as 0 turn mowers, trimmers, edgers and leaf blowers

REQUIREMENTS      

• 2+ years’ experience in professional landscaping

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
