We are on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI, managing one of our exquisite apartment communities! The Bronco Club is a gorgeous community minutes away from Western Michigan University!

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with your Regional Manager and a team of internal Leasing and Maintenance Technicians to oversee your community of 151 residential units. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Propose strategies to enhance revenue while lowering expenses, improving net operating income.
• Ensure property occupancy rates meet or exceed market standards as per owner guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and effective marketing strategies for the property.
• Oversee all on-site staff activities fostering a positive work environment.
• Process invoices promptly ensuring timely payments.
• Manage rent collection including diligent tracking of delinquencies.
• Foster strong resident relations building a cohesive community atmosphere.

This position requires undergoing background checks which include criminal history review, drug screening (excluding THC), and credit evaluation.
