WORK SCHEDULE: Enjoy weekdays with daytime shifts from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

BENEFITS:
- $20.00/$21.00 per hour
- Potential $5,000 BONUS upon completion of the work season!

JOB DUTIES:
- Conducting high-quality power washing for apartment exteriors and assisting with basic maintenance tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years experience in power washing
- Basic understanding of general maintenance tasks
- Ability to manage weekly schedules efficiently and adhere to deadlines
- Valid driver's license required along with reliable personal transportation for commuting purposes
