Sales Manager - Outside Sales

With rapid expansion across the Mid-Atlantic, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to help lead and grow our high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do – Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals

• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and KPIs

• Interview and hire new sales talent

• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues and project logistics

• Conduct regular team meetings to drive accountability and share updates

• Ensure adherence to company policies, dress code, and performance expectations

• Handle administrative duties including PTO management, employee records, and office logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in outside sales leadership or team management

• Experience in home improvement, construction, roofing, or similar industries preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate, driven, and self-motivated personality

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• Proficiency in performance coaching and data-driven decision making

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000
