San Francisco Associate Attorney

Our small and friendly law firm practices in the areas of education law, employment law, disability rights and civil litigation. Highly motivated team players who ultimately appreciate good work ethic, strong independent critical thinking skills and low drama. We like good work-life balance but take our roles seriously but tend to laugh a lot about all things law (and other things they don't teach you in law school). We are a Plaintiff's side law firm. We appear regularly before administrative tribunals as well as before state and federal courts . We also specialize in special education law and all aspects of education law representing school employees, families, students and children. We are seeking an ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY with minimally 1+ years of experience looking to grow into a small firm environment. Our office works as a team and we prefer someone who can grow with our firm, is organized, can multi task and knows their way around apps like Adobe, Outlook and law firm billing (or can pick these things up quickly). Strong legal research and writing skills required. This is an excellent opportunity to work in both state and federal court on issues that impact individuals in need.
