We are currently in search of a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer and Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and related equipment in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly install new HVAC systems in accordance with company standards as well as local codes.
- Conduct regular maintenance service on existing air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair any malfunctions within commercial HVAC systems promptly.
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet environmental protection requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with construction teams during remodels or new building projects to seamlessly integrate HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on system operations and answering their inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer/technician; commercial experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics and understand technical instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
- Professional communication abilities for client interactions.

Certifications/Education:
Relevant certifications such as EPA certification required. A vocational diploma in a related field or equivalent experience is necessary for consideration.
