As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday.

Our Registered Behavior Technicians work in small teams led by a BCBA who provides leadership and collaboration for excellent service to our patients.

We are proud to be able to offer stable full-time employment. RBTs can rely on a stable 40-hour work week providing in-clinic services. Our leadership and management team honor your commitment to the clients, and work to protect your hours and schedule even in the event of call outs or client cancellations.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) benefits include:

RBT job expectations:

• Provide one on one (1:1) clinic or home-based (as needed) Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy

• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

• Conduct discrete and natural environment trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

• Be able to work with a variety of therapists including OT, PT, and SLPs in a professional manner

• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

• Complete daily session notes in a timely and thorough manner

• Work with integrity and honesty in accordance with the BACB code of conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
