Luxury Auto Sales Representative / Internet Sales

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in launching our remodeled dealership. We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Automotive Sales Consultant.  This position will assist clients from the beginning to the end of purchasing and owning New & Pre-Owned Vehicles. 

 The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, previous sales experience in the automotive industry (Volvo preferred), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. He or she must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance customer interactions and streamline the sales process.

  • Prospect for new and current clients.

  • Develops buyers by building a strong rapport with customers and working to achieve a long-lasting relationship.

  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers' requirements and interests; Suggests and matches interests to various models.

  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.

  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating prices; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting payment; delivers automobiles.

  • Work in partnership with the F&I Team to resolve any outstanding contracts or incomplete deals.

  • Ability to meet, maintain, and/or exceed sales goals monthly.

  • Provide sales management analysis by completing reports.

  • Have continuous knowledge of products and market trends.

  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful track record

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) Preferred

  • Must be a self-starter and proactive

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals

  • Proficient in computer technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
