Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client calls and emails, addressing policy inquiries, concerns, and general questions
Offer clear and accurate explanations of life insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options

Keep detailed records of client interactions and update policy information as needed

Qualifications:

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
