Position: Under general direction, the Mental Health Counselor provides counseling, psychotherapy, consulting, and outreach services for patients with mental health care needs. The Counselor assists in planning and implementing patient services and program components through integration of behavioral health and primary care. Specifically seeking candidates who specialize in treatment for children and/or individuals in need of substance use disorder treatment.

Qualification: Current license by the State of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Three to five years of work experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Knowledge of current trends in the field of mental health. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
