Primary Duties

• Guide clients through personalized financing options.

• Handle a substantial pipeline of loans with precision.

• Initiate and finalize loan agreements by meeting clients at convenient locations.

• Generate new business via marketing efforts and networking with referral partners like real estate professionals and advisors.

• Manage customer relationships ensuring clear communication with Realtors and Processors.

• Offer applicants comprehensive advice on the loan process.

• Perform other tasks as necessary to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• Valid NMLS license.

• At least 2+ years of experience in self-sourced mortgage lending.

• Solid knowledge of standard loan programs and their structuring.
