What You’ll Do:
• Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of tellers to deliver top-tier service
• Oversee daily cash operations, including vault and ATM transactions
• Resolve escalated member issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Monitor reports, audits, and branch performance metrics
• Travel to other branches as needed for support and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in banking, retail, or financial services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with cash handling and teller operations
• Detail-oriented with great organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable using standard office software and teller systems
• High school diploma or GED required
