What You'll Do:
• Lead the design and execution of learning strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Partner with senior leadership to drive a culture of ongoing learning and performance excellence
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or similar roles
• Strong background in training program design, delivery, and effectiveness evaluation
• Proven ability to manage large-scale learning initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Education, Business, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
