Role Overview: Do you enjoy engaging in diverse activities throughout your workday? Are you committed to supporting the growth of infants and toddlers? We are looking for someone to assist our lead educators in infant and toddler rooms. As a float co-teacher, you'll have the chance to witness significant developmental milestones in young children, gaining valuable experience with this age group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities.

• Support children’s developmental needs across different classrooms.

• Observe and document children's progress.

• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly between tasks or environments.
