Job Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual developmental needs of preschool-age children.

• Foster a positive and safe learning environment for children to encourage exploration and creativity.

• Assess and monitor children’s progress, competencies, and developmental milestones on a regular basis.

• Collaborate with parents and families to support children's development and address individual needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

• Prepare and oversee play-based activities and educational sessions that adhere to preschool standards.

• Partner with other staff to create and maintain a nurturing and inclusive community for children.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• State certification or licensure for preschool education.

• Strong understanding of early childhood development theories and practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Passion for working with young children and fostering their developmental growth.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.

• Experience in developing and implementing educational programs tailored to children’s needs and interests.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
