A Little About Us:

Heart & Hands Children's Center is a top-tier early education program, proudly recognized as one of Madison’s finest. We're all about maintaining that sweet work-life balance and truly value everything our crew contributes! Nestled in the charming town of Mount Horeb (home to some legendary Trolls), we offer a downtown vibe that's perfect for finding that snazzy outfit or indulging in delicious bites and sips. Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hunting down full-time Lead Teachers with spots open in both our tiny tots and older kiddos' rooms. As we're shifting things around because some beloved team members are heading off into retirement sunsets, specific roles are still being nailed down. But hey, let us know which age group you prefer—we’ll do our best to pair you with your favorite little munchkins!

We suggest jumping aboard first because we're pretty fantastic at placing teachers where they feel most alive—working with those mini-humans who make their hearts sing.
