Associate Attorney - Data Privacy & Cybersecurity

We are excited to invite a talented second —to fourth-year associate to become a vital member of our innovative Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play an essential part in our cybersecurity and incident response practice, directly impacting how we help our clients manage critical challenges in this rapidly evolving field.

Our team works alongside forward-thinking companies as they tackle cybersecurity incidents and navigate complex privacy and cybersecurity dilemmas. With us, you will represent clients during major security events, advise on industry best practices and regulatory compliance, and lend your cybersecurity expertise to businesses involved in technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic endeavors. We also guide cybersecurity firms on legal requirements linked to security research and threat intelligence activities.

We’re looking for a junior to mid-level Associate Attorney who is ready to embrace significant responsibilities within our team. Your contributions will help us grow our practice and support leading technology companies as they navigate the intricacies of cybersecurity regulations.

Candidates with relevant experience in cybersecurity and privacy, especially within state or federal government agencies, will find this opportunity particularly appealing. Experience with incident response, cybersecurity investigations, or counseling will set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $310,000, tailored to your experience level.
