STARTING PAY: $50,000

Our ideal candidate is a service-oriented team player, skilled at building relationships and taking initiative, as well as being results-driven and technology savvy. Most importantly, we're looking for someone dedicated to our mission to change lives by unlocking and nurturing human potential for people with emotional, behavioral, or cognitive differences.  Based out of our Kennesaw location, you will:

  • Create and manage requisitions and applicants through our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Screen all applications/resumes and forward to hiring managers for review.
  • Conduct phone-screens and coordinate interviews (also participate if necessary).
  • Coordinate with admin support to complete reference checks, background checks and drug-screens.
  • Creatively source for open positions and develop proactive recruiting techniques.
  • Establish relationships with local colleges and hold/attend job fairs.
  • Extend job offers and coordinate start dates for new hire orientation.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred. 
  • Minimum two (2) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in a behavioral health, healthcare, human services or non-profit setting. Previous HR experience desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems (HRIS), specifically applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Requires demonstrated proficiency in using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
