In this role, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate youth activity programs with community partners, including creative, recreational, spiritual, and service-oriented events.
  • Develop and maintain structured daily/monthly volunteer schedules and supervise volunteer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Development and Recreation Therapy teams on program planning, equipment needs, and event support.
  • Maintain clean and organized activity spaces before and after use.
  • Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training in alignment with agency policies.
  • Assist with development-related events, fundraisers, and special projects.
  • Participate in professional development, report concerns, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia provides programs and services for adolescent with developmental diagnoses. Located in Kennesaw, GA.
