The purpose of the Program Integrity Manager is to maintain files and systems in compliance with Office of Provider Management, Residential Child Care Licensing, Joint Commission and Devereux standards and policies.

- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all components of a SAFE Home study, equipping you with the foundational expertise needed for effective foster care assessments.
- Collaborate with leadership to conduct detailed audits of foster home files, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of critical records such as medical, dental, immunization, and school documentation for foster youth.
- Create and implement tracking systems to monitor compliance, enhancing organizational efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the area of behavioral, social sciences, social work, childhood education, business or public administration.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years experience working in child welfare and/or records management (specifically CPA records). Knowledge of GA Score. Knowledge of MyAvatar & SHINES preferred.
Other qualifications:
Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class in Kennsaw, GA; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
