Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pennsylvania Adult Services Center provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in Berwyn, PA the Project Coordinator, Coordinates the development, implementation and maintenance of all D-PBIS I/DD programs at Devereux Adult Services. This person will Coordinate the development of D-PBIS I/DD by providing training, direct observations, data collection and performance feedback to staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

 EDUCATION:  Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.   RBT certification preferred   

 

EXPERIENCE:

Three years’ experience working individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism preferably with adults.  Demonstrated experience in Positive Behavior Support, performance management strategies, and project coordination.  Must have

good project management skills.  Requires strong data collection and analytic skills utilizing computer applications.

 

Valid driver's license 

At least 21 years of age
