Are you interested in providing therapeutic support to Foster Families? If so, Devereux might have the right opportunity for you! We are looking to hire a passionate individual to join our team as a Therapist.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida’s Therapeutic Foster Care Program provides therapy, support, and training to children and families in the foster care system. This Therapist position is responsible for providing therapy to children and adolescents in foster homes, schools, and community settings in Osceola and Orange Counties, assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, consulting with and training foster parents on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs, and providing on-call telephone support for the program’s foster homes on a rotating basis. Devereux provides laptop, iphone, and travel reimbursement.

Position Details:

Pay Range:This position range is $51,000 - $58,140 / annual (non-licensed) & $55,000 - $62,700 / annual (Licensed).  Salary is based on relevant education and experience. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5; on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required
• 2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required

Other Requirements:

• Valid FL State Issued Driver's license
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test.
