The pay for this position starts at $22.85/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $26.55/hour.
This position is located in Templeton, MA.
The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities.
As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a group home, including supervision of staff, management of program budget, and assurance of quality milieu services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the group home is compliant with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including all Medication Administration Protocols.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology or Social Work, or other related field required, or 12 years of relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a congregate care setting, including 2 years in a supervisory role required.
- Must be flexible schedule-wise in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the program.
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM in Rutland, MA.
- Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
